Carole has a comfortable way of delivering information. Carole is extremely knowledgeable about the appraisal process and the new 3.6 process. Takes the time to answer any and all questions and encourages input throughout the training process. Will definetly use in the immediate future and long term.

Zen appraisals has helped me with several pre-listing appraisals. They are thorough, patient and understand how to navigate delicate situations.

Carole presented the new appraisal rules to us today. She was very clear on changes and why this is happening. Well done and thank you!

Carole facilitated a training in our Keller Williams office for our real estate agents. She was a wealth of knowledge, extremely passionate about being an appraiser and equipped our agents with the most up to date information.
