Montgomery County Housing Prices

Montgomery County home sale prices have eased back up. And, are once again higher than the same time as last year. But, the list to sale ratio is at the lowest rate in over a year.

Montgomery County available homes listed for sale continue to drop. But the number of days in takes to sell a house continues to increase to more than 2 weeks.


Bucks County Housing Prices

Bucks County house sale prices have dipped back down but, are still higher than the same time last year. And the homes are continuing to sell below list price.

The number of homes for sale in Bucks County continues to decrease to the lowest in a year, but the number of days it takes to sell a house is almost 2 weeks.


Philadelphia Housing Prices

Philadelphia house prices have slightly bumped back up, and are higher than the same time last year. The homes continue to sell below list price.

The number of Philadelphia listings continue to decrease while the number of days it takes to sell a house rises to over one month.


Delaware County Housing Prices

Delaware County prices are stable, but still higher than the same time last year, and continue to sale at list price.

Delaware County available homes for sale continues to severely decrease. And the days on market is just under 2 weeks.


Chester County Housing Prices

Chester County home sale prices are stable and slightly lower than the same time last year. The homes are selling for just above list price.

The number of homes for sale in Chester County has dropped down to the lowest in a year, and the number of days it takes to sell a house is just under 2 weeks.


NEW JERSEY

Mercer County Housing Prices

Mercer County home sale prices have increased and are still higher than the same as last year. Also, the homes are once again selling for above list price.

The number of Mercer County listings continue to decrease while the number of days it takes to sell a house is just under one month.


Burlington County Housing Prices

Burlington County house sale prices are stable and slightly higher than the same time last year. And the homes continue to sell at list price.

Burlington County available homes for sale also continues to severely decrease. But the days on market is now more than one month.


Camden County Housing Prices

Camden County prices have increased and are still higher than the same time last year. The homes are selling at list price.

The number of homes for sale in Camden County has also dropped down to the lowest in a year, and the number of days it takes to sell a house is about 3 weeks.
