Montgomery County home sale prices have declined, but still remain higher than one year ago, and are selling slightly below the list price.

Bucks County Housing Prices
Bucks County home sale prices have also declined, but still remain higher than one year ago, and continue to sell at list price.
The number of homes for sale in Bucks County has significantly decreased and the number of days it takes to sell a house remains just above one week.
Philadelphia Housing Prices
Philadelphia home sale prices continue to decrease, but are still higher than last year, and are selling below list price.
The number of listings in Philadelphia continues to decrease to the lowest number of homes available for sale in over a year while the number of days it takes to sell a house remains at 3 weeks.
Delaware County Housing Prices
Delaware County home sale prices also continue to decrease, but are still higher than last year, and continue to sell at list price.
The housing shortage continues as the number of listings in Delaware County continues to decrease dramatically to the lowest number of homes available for sale in over a year and the number of days it takes to sell a house is just above one week.
Chester County Housing Prices
Chester County home sale prices remain stable, are higher than last year, and continue to sell above list price.
The housing shortage continues in Chester County as the number of listings continues to decrease to the lowest number of homes available for sale in over a year, while the number of days it takes to sell a house is about 1 week.
Mercer County Housing Prices
Mercer County home sale prices have declined, but still remain higher than one year ago, and continue to sell above list price.

Burlington County Housing Prices
Burlington County home sale prices have slightly declined, but still remain higher than one year ago, and continue to sell at list price.
