The number of homes for sale in Bucks County continues to decrease to the lowest in a year, and the number of days it takes to sell a house is just above 1 week.

Philadelphia Housing Prices
Philadelphia house prices continue to increase, and are higher than the same time last year. The homes continue to sell just below list price..

The number of Philadelphia listings continue to decrease while the number of days it takes to sell a house dips below one month.

Delaware County Housing Prices
Delaware County prices have bumped back up, are still higher than the same time last year, and continue to sell at list price.

Delaware County available homes for sale continues to severely decrease. And the days on market is just above 1 week.

Chester County Housing Prices
Chester County home sale prices remain stable.

The number of homes for sale in Chester County has dropped down to the lowest in a year, and the number of days it takes to sell a house dips just under 1 week.

NEW JERSEY
Hunterdon County
Hunterdon County house sale prices took a steep decline, and homes are still selling below list price.

The number of Hunterdon County listings slightly decreases while the number of days it takes to sell a house is about 2 weeks.

Mercer County
Mercer County home sale prices have dipped down, but they are still higher than the same as last year. The houses are selling for list price.

The number of Mercer County listings decreases while the number of days it takes to sell a house is just under 3 weeks.

Burlington County Housing Prices
Burlington County house sale prices remain stable, and homes are still selling at list price.

Burlington County available homes for sale continues to severely decrease. And the days on market drops to less than 3 weeks.

Camden County Housing Prices
Camden County home prices are still higher than the same time last year, remain stable as compared to last month, and are selling at list price.

The number of homes for sale in Camden County has dropped down to the lowest in a year, and the number of days it takes to sell a house is just above 2 weeks.
